YEAH! Now that I've graduated, I have no clue what to do.
First up though, a holiday to the Philippines! I haven't been there for about 4 years!

But I have also been continuing my commission work and such. Been working for some hip-hop bands in America, made some of their covers all of which are exclusive until release.

So watch out for that!

Here's something that I've done recently just to keep the blog rolling.

Wow, seems like I wasn't going to do any update... It's been such a long time since I last posted. Just been so preoccupied with Uni work. Third year's a real chore. So yeah had to do my best since it's the last year. But it all went well :)

Just found this sketch in my folders thought I'd quickly paint it...

Just some warm up sketches I was drawing in my book... Been inspired by an artist called Ron Lemen, and I've been watching his tutorials. Now I really miss life drawing! I've only been twice this year... FO SHAME!

The first one is of a sculpture found in our back garden. Second image is of Robin. Been watching a ton of DC animation recently. Im quite surprised with the quality of it, specially the DC Showcase bundle. Young Justice is another series I've been following, as well as the new anime version of the X-men (Pretty cack tbh).

Recently just finished watching the animated series; Birdy The Mighty Decode. A 26-episode series which one of my favourite animators worked one, Shingo Yamashita.

I've been looking at his different works in animation and they stylism (is that a word?) is just incredible.

Also, another Yamashita I like is Hiroyuki. Not entirely sure what their relationship is but they're both amazing animators. Here are their work compilations:

Intense last 2 weeks! It's all going crazy, I've been working like a horse for the film. I hope we could get this done in time. If not, then in time for BFI :P
Also I'm excited to go to Annecy this year! It's going to be a treat after all that work.

But yeah here are some sketches that I never got to finish and I just found them on my desktop... Someday maybe... Picture on the right was obviously inspired by one of my old piece. Just drew it off the top of my head.

Also, I have been learning about after effects, very coooooool program I have to say. Glad I chose to teach myself it :P

Here's a test from a scene In the film I'm working on. Also, I have posted a link to my portfolio on the top right of my the blog.

An old drawing from second year I found. Decided to mess around with it on photoshop.
